You retain full ownership of all audio, video, and text content you upload to TranscribeSpace.

By using the Service, you grant TranscribeSpace a limited, non-exclusive, temporary license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing transcription services.

5.3 Prohibited Content

You agree not to upload content that:

• Violates any applicable laws or regulations

• Infringes intellectual property rights

• Contains malware or harmful code

• Is unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent

6. Accuracy Disclaimer

While we strive to provide high-quality transcriptions:

• Transcriptions may contain errors

• We do not guarantee 100% accuracy

• You are responsible for reviewing and verifying transcripts before use

TranscribeSpace is not liable for decisions or actions taken based on transcript content.

7. Payments & Subscriptions

• Fees are charged based on selected plans, usage, or minutes transcribed.

• Payments are processed through third-party payment providers.

• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

• We reserve the right to change pricing with prior notice.

8. Data Retention & Deletion

• Uploaded files and transcripts may be stored temporarily for service delivery.

• You may delete your content or account at any time.

• We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

9. Service Availability

• The Service is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time.

10. Intellectual Property

All platform-related materials, including software, design, branding, and logos, are the property of TranscribeSpace and may not be copied or reused without permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• TranscribeSpace shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service during the preceding billing period
